Do you ever find yourself feeling scattered all over the place and not bringing your absolute best to your craft?

I’ve felt like that in some ways recently. The last two months has been a crazy time in our world. All the normal life, kids, family and business stuff and then on top of it

• We’ve been building a family cabin (which is almost done!!) and have been heavily involved in the hands on side too and have loved it, and it’s taken a lot of our days and time

• I’m getting ready to launch my first book

• I just launched a brand new intimate coaching and mastermind for six+ figure business owners (p.s. If that’s you and you’re looking to seriously level up the next six months, we’ve got two spots left in the group so just hit reply and we can have a quick chat to see if it’s a fit or not)

• We’re planning a huge move as a family (more details to come later)

• And…. I have about 8000 other ideas I want to implement

I’m sure your life is busy too, at times it is for all of us isn’t it?

So today I want to share with you some tips on how I am refocusing myself to bring my absolute best self to all I do and show up in the world and in my life as the leader I know I can be.

Stop thinking it and start inking it → this one is huge, it’s so easy to feel like we have so many things to do in our lives and businesses, and when we just mull them around in our mind it can feel all over the place and even overwhelming at times.

That’s why good ol’ fashioned writing things down is such a powerful process. Get out a notepad or your journal and just do a brain dump of all the ‘things to do’ in your mind onto paper.

From there you can begin to actually prioritize what’s next and what’s most important.
