Rewiring Your Mind For Success & Happiness
When I was 21 (getting close to two decades ago!) I became obsessed with studying the subconscious mind, law of attraction and how to create success in our lives.
I worked away at in my own business life and was in a relentless pursuit of knowledge and expertise in these areas and... I found them.
It worked, I created some wonderful success in my life. HOWEVER - Along the way it took me some course correction to learn that life was not just about rewiring our minds for success BUT also so much about learning to rewire our minds for happiness.

If I asked you are as successful as you'd like to be - what would you say?
If I asked you are you as happy as you'd like to be - what would you say?
If you're like most people, our answers are no. No I'm not.
Even though we have some success in our lives and perhaps we're decently happy, most people would like to have more of that in their life.
This is where the subconscious rewiring can be helpful - specifically in two ways.
The first way is learning to DEPROGRAM your mind.
This way is actually the most important, it's about getting rid of the old shitty belief systems that have been holding you back from experiencing the joy you want. The ones that have held you back from reaching the success and achievement you want.
Deprogram the old and you create space for something new.
The second way is learning to REPROGRAM your mind.
After deprogramming, we've got a clean slate.
Now our job is to INSERT THE PROGRAM WE WANT! Your mind is being programmed all the time from outside influences and no matter how smart you think you are, or how good you think you are at it - the mind is always taking information in.
The question begs, what information is your mind recieving?
The world wants to program you with lack, with fear, with worry, with the story that life can't just quite be all you want it to be.
YOU have the chance to change that and decide exactly what you want your life to be about though.
I'll cut to the chase.
THE SINGLE GREATEST WAY TO DEPROGRAM YOUR MIND IS - MEDITATION.
THE SINGLE GREATEST WAY TO REPROGRAM YOUR MIND IS... YOU GUESSED IT - MEDITATION.
So in 2026 if you changed nothing else and made this the year that you commited to developing (or strengthening) your meditation practice, your whole world would change.
Meditation calms your mind, strengthens your immune system, and raises your frequency.
Why wouldn't anyone want more of that??
